These terms apply when you book an emergency call-out or other electrical work with Call Us Out, a trading name of Integrated London Limited (registered in England and Wales, company no. 14034556; registered office 58 Windsor Avenue, Cheam, Sutton SM3 9RX).
The call-out charge is our minimum charge. It covers travelling to you, finding the fault, making it safe and up to the first hour on site, and it applies to every visit, even if the fault turns out to be a quick fix.
If the job needs more than an hour on site, or parts, we'll explain what's needed and agree the cost with you before carrying on. Nothing extra is done without your go-ahead.
If you cancel before your electrician sets off, there's no charge. Once your electrician is on the way or has arrived, the call-out charge applies.
Payment is due when the work is complete, by card on the day, online through our payments page, or by bank transfer. We'll email you an invoice. Business customers with an account with us pay on the terms agreed with them.
All work is carried out by qualified electricians in line with BS 7671 (the IET Wiring Regulations), and we issue the appropriate electrical certificate where the work requires one.
If you're not happy with our work, please tell us as soon as possible and we'll put it right. These terms don't affect your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
