Call Us Out ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or our services, how we use it, and the rights you have over it under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Call Us Out is a trading name of Integrated London Limited, an NICEIC-approved electrical contractor providing 24/7 emergency electrical call-outs across London. Integrated London Limited is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. It is registered in England and Wales, company no. 14034556, with its registered office at 58 Windsor Avenue, Cheam, Sutton SM3 9RX.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you call us, book a call-out, use our contact form or email us: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and details of the fault or work. If we carry out work for you: job notes and photos, quotations, invoices, payment records and any electrical certificates we issue.

Information collected automatically. When you browse this site, our website host may record basic technical information such as your device type, browser and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your call or enquiry and send an electrician, because you have asked us to (steps prior to a contract).
  • To carry out the work and support it afterwards, as part of our contract with you, including electrical certification.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations, such as keeping accounting records and the certification records required by our approval schemes.
  • To keep this website secure and working, which is in our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you haven't asked for.

This site uses only a small number of cookies. Our Cookie Policy explains what they are and how to manage them.

Our home page shows Google customer reviews through a third-party widget provided by Elfsight. When that page loads, Elfsight and Google may set their own cookies and collect data about your visit as if you had visited their sites directly. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only where necessary to run our business and deliver our services:

  • Certification and scheme bodies (such as NICEIC) where required for electrical certification;
  • Our accountant, insurers or professional advisers where needed;
  • Trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, such as cloud storage, email and accounting software, under appropriate contractual terms;
  • HMRC, regulators or other authorities where the law requires it.

Your information is stored in the UK or EEA, or with providers offering safeguards recognised under UK GDPR.

How long we keep information

  • Enquiries and call-outs that don't go ahead: up to 2 years;
  • Client records, invoices and financial records: 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year, as required by HMRC;
  • Electrical certification records: for the life of the certification and any period required by scheme rules.

Information we no longer need is securely deleted or destroyed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Have inaccurate information corrected;
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer need;
  • Restrict or object to how we use your information;
  • Receive your information in a portable format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
